A constant chameleon, Andie Bottrell is a classically trained actor who loves to work. A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (NYC), she moved to Los Angeles. Soon Andie began to teach herself about film from the inside out by writing and then producing, directing and starring in several short films. Unable to leave behind her first love of theatre and the desire for an artistic community that nurtures new theatrical works, Andie joined up with the Los Angeles based theatre company The Vagrancy, of which she soon became their first Resident Artist and Communications Director. She has continued her training studying at A Noise Within, Anteaus, and with David Dean Bottrell. Recent roles include Carol in the World Premiere of DEATH VALLEY: A LOVE STORY, Jenny in THE CHRISTIANS, Jean in GOOD PEOPLE, Karen in UNNECESSARY FARCE, Brenda in the feature film Above Ground on Showtime, Ruth in TRIBES, and Gay Wellington & Olga Katrina in YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU. Andie also starred in the webseires Seek Help, which she also wrote/directed/produced and edited.
